I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals, that teams can thrive, and that we can all achieve what we were meant to do.  I’ve recognized that we don't always have the right leaders, processes or tools in place to maximize our potential. As I began to look at the problems that I wanted to help solve, it became clear that my passion around helping others was a driving force to my own happiness. 

 

I have spent nearly my entire 20+ year professional career coaching and leading big transformational work.  Through it all I struggled to find my own happiness.  After I hit the wall, I knew it was time for a change.

So I moved to a career that would make me happy Coaching and VoiceOver work.  I always knew it was what I wanted but didn't know HOW to get there.  At that final breaking point - I decided I had to make it happen at least try and make it happen.  

 

Why coaching?  Coaching provides the foundation for a relationship between coach (me) and client (you), where I learn what you are trying to achieve and understand the roadblocks you are facing.  This experience is not something a worksheet, or a five-step process can solve.  It’s much more personal. We’ll work together so that I can help you chart your own path to success.
